Christmas Time & Delivery Times: What you need to know

Even during the holiday season, we are by your side with heart and expertise to help you choose a dignified pet urn. To ensure your memorial item arrives safely, please note the following:

From December 19, 2025, to January 6, 2026, delivery times will be extended to approximately 10-12 business days, depending on the product. As many of our manufacturers take a break over the holidays, we kindly ask for your patience.

Should there be any delays with your chosen urn, we will, of course, inform you personally and immediately. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your trust and understanding.
